Disclaimer

The Poolside Butler™ is designed as a stationary phone holder for poolside use. Please read and follow all usage guidelines carefully.

  • This product is not a flotation device and should not be used in water or to float any electronic device.
  • Do not position the Poolside Butler facing directly into the sun. Always angle the device away from direct sunlight to maintain effective shading and reduce the risk of overheating.
  • The Poolside Butler is intended to support your phone in an upright or landscape position, but your phone is not locked into place. Use caution when positioning or adjusting your phone, as it may fall forward or slip out under certain conditions (e.g., unbalanced placement, impact, wind).
  • Always supervise use around water and handle your phone and charging accessories with care.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to differences in individual computer monitors, phone screens, lighting conditions during photography, printing processes, dye lots, and variations in materials provided by the manufacturer.

By using this product, you acknowledge and accept that Poolside Butler™ is not liable for any damage to your device due to improper use, environmental exposure, or accidental falls.

Color Disclaimer – Translucent Housings

If you choose a translucent color for the housing (the shading portion) of the Poolside Butler, please note that this may reduce its effectiveness in fully shading your phone or device from direct sunlight.

While the term "translucent" does not mean fully transparent, the material is intentionally processed to allow partial light transmission. This creates a slight see-through effect, particularly into the infill or structural interior of the product. As a result, some light may pass through the housing, potentially diminishing the cooling or shading performance compared to fully opaque color options.

For optimal sun-shading and heat protection, we recommend selecting a solid, opaque color.
